The ideal candidate will be a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record for recruiting success, leadership, employee relations management, onboarding, department efficiency and optimization, and advanced knowledge of employment law.

This individual will have a well-rounded human resources background and a strong appreciation and desire to take a well thought out approach to every aspect of the job; even on your busiest days. We are seeking a Human Resources Leader that can build credibility and trust through results and actions with the highest level of integrity.

  • 10+ years of progressive human resources management experience
  • Minimum of 4 years managing exempt and non-exempt HR staff
  • HR Certification
  • Excellent computer skills; technology savvy with a variety of HR platforms
  • High ability to manage/prioritize daily workload and project deliverables
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A polished verbal and written communication style
  • Bilingual
